We received an invitation to contribute to a grand gala event for the company Bina Istra. This involved executing the entire production design including a complete conceptual visual scenographic solution for the event along with the coordination of technical and scenographic production.

For our clients, the IMC agency and Bina Istra, we presented a design proposal for the beautiful Summer Stage in Opatija through hyper-realistic renders and 3D visualization. The main task was to make a stage design to be both captivating for the performances of Severina and Maja Šuput and suitable for executive speeches and charity award presentations.

Other tasks was to create a designated space for VIP guests and a gala dinner, arrange seating and chairs for all other attendees, manage techincal reherasals for Severina and Maja Šuput,  prepare all video materials and ensure that during event everything works smooth.
