For this year’s edition of the Shift Conference, our team once again had the honor of designing and executing the complete scenography and stage design – for the third year in a row!
From the main stage to the hallways and networking zones, our mission was to create an environment that captures the conference’s innovative, tech-driven spirit while maintaining a strong visual identity.
This year’s main stage served as the central visual and emotional focus of the entire conference. Combining industrial structure with digital aesthetics and precisely programmed lighting, the design reflected the energy and futuristic tone of Shift. A modular construction inspired by high-tech architecture allowed full flexibility, adapting easily to different formats of talks, presentations, and live experiences. LED light tubes and large-scale screens created a dynamic, immersive atmosphere that evolved throughout the event.
We placed special emphasis on the hallways and networking areas – the spaces that drive interaction and exchange. Through scenographic details, lighting design, and subtle graphic elements, we transformed these in-between zones into engaging and fluid spaces that encouraged conversation and collaboration.
As always, the creative process began with detailed 3D renders that visualized every aspect of the scenography – from structural elements to lighting effects. These renders served as the foundation for coordination across production, technical, and creative teams, ensuring seamless execution and consistency of design vision.
Each year, Shift challenges us to think bigger, design smarter and connect creativity with technology in meaningful ways. This edition reaffirmed why we love what we do – transforming ideas into spaces that inspire, engage, and bring people together!
