We had the privilege of managing the complete production for the launch of the Xiaomi 11T series, an event that combined cutting-edge technology with innovative design. From the initial 3D renders to coordinating all suppliers, we ensured a seamless and dynamic experience that reflected the sophistication of the Xiaomi brand.

Held at Kaptol Boutique, the venue presented a unique challenge that we were excited to tackle. We transformed the space by replacing the traditional projection screen with a custom-built LCD screen, enhancing the event’s visual impact and aligning it with Xiaomi’s forward-thinking ethos.

Our contribution extended beyond technical execution to the event’s scenic design. We place bespoke phone holders, an eye-catching photo wall and custom lighting letters, creating a visually cohesive environment that elevated the brand presence.
This project highlighted our ability to combine innovation, creativity and precisley planning to deliver an immersive event experience that resonated with both the brand and its audience.
